When does my subscription start?
The day you pay for your first month or year, once your workspace is ready.
What do I pay today, and later?
The full first month or year, on Tap's secure page. Renewals are paid by a link we send; access pauses 7 days if unpaid.
Can I pay by KNET?
Yes. Every subscription payment is made on Tap's secure page: Visa, Mastercard or KNET. Customer payments are separate.
Who can choose Trainer Membership?
Only Trainer Membership programme members.
Is my site published automatically?
No. It starts as a private draft; you publish it.
How do I cancel?
In subscription settings, after we show when access ends. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
